We teach valuation because numbers tell stories

Back in 2017, a small group of financial analysts in Songkhla realized something was missing. The market had plenty of theory, but not enough practical skills. We started energyxfusion to bridge that gap.

Started with a whiteboard and three stubborn analysts

The Thai financial sector was growing fast in 2017. Companies needed skilled analysts who could handle complex valuations. But finding training that went beyond textbook formulas? Nearly impossible.

We began holding weekend sessions in a borrowed office space. Just practical work—real financial statements, actual market data, messy scenarios that required creative thinking. Word spread among professionals who were tired of generic courses.

By 2019, we had structured our approach into proper programs. Our focus stayed the same: teach valuation methods that people can actually use on Monday morning. No fluff about guaranteed career outcomes—just solid skills that might open doors.

How we approach financial education

After years of refinement, we've settled on three principles that shape every program we run.

Real data, real challenges

We use actual financial statements from Thai companies across various sectors. Students work through valuations with the same messy data they'll encounter in professional settings. It's harder than textbook problems—but that's the point.

Methods that adapt

DCF works beautifully for some situations and terribly for others. We teach when to use which technique and how to adjust when market conditions shift. Flexibility matters more than memorizing formulas.

Honest feedback loops

Our instructors review every valuation model students build. The feedback can be blunt—we'd rather point out weak assumptions now than have someone discover them in a client meeting later. Criticism helps people improve.

Who's teaching these programs

Our instructors spent years working as analysts before they started teaching. They bring practical experience from equity research, corporate finance, and investment banking into every session.
